Love is in the air at Burtree Country House! On Wednesday, February 26th at 7pm, we’re hosting our very first Speed Dating event—a fabulous opportunity for all you singles to mingle, chat, and see if sparks fly! Who knows? You might find that special someone to join you for a dreamy Valentine’s Day back at Burtree.

We’re kicking things off with a session for the 18’s – 40’s & 40+ age groups ( please state the age group you are in on booking). If all goes well (and we’re sure it will!), we’ll plan future sessions

Here’s how the afternoon will unfold:

Start by sipping a drink and registering at our Folly Bar—the perfect spot to relax and meet your fellow participants.

Ladies will take a seat at their own tables, while the gentlemen will rotate around, enjoying five minutes of conversation with each lady. When the bell rings, it’s time to move on!

After everyone has met, it’s time for the magic moment! Jot down notes, and share your contact details with anyone who caught your eye. Ladies, you can do the same if someone swept you off your feet!

Our dedicated host will collect all the contact details and place them into your private envelope, which will be ready for you to take home at the end of the event.

The fun doesn’t stop there—stick around for a while and keep the conversations going as the bar remains open for a short time after the session. Feel free to bring your friends along for moral support, but remember, only those who’ve registered and paid can take part in the dating session.
